when i came home for a weekend in university, (my boyfriend happened to be with me, but this isn't going where you think it is....)
When we got into town, we basically just had time to say hi to my parents and then run back out to whereever it was we were going. I rummaged around in my overnight bag in the living room, got out whatever, and left it just sitting there, then we ran out.
when i came home, his stuff was in the usual spot in the basement where he slept, and my bag was in my old bedroom. With my birth control pills sitting right. on. top.
they must have fallen out and my mother, instead of just throwing them in the bag, purposely left them that way, just to say 'hey, i know'.
it was NEVER discussed.
