Use Thanos in Thor 2. I think an alien lead army would be too repetitive for Avengers 2.
Either In Captain America 2 or in his own movie, which has been rumored all over the place as an Edgar Wright project, introduce Hank Pym as Ant Man/Giant Man
Then in Avengers 2, go with Ultron as the Hank Pym creation.
