We've had it for 12 years and I'm not about to give it up.

You can't beat them for HD programming. They really have outstanding customer service. We are rarely down, and by rare I mean maybe once a year unless we have a power outage. The interface is simple, start and end times automatically update if they're changed, the picture is crystal clear (unless we're having a really hard snow and then it just kind of pixilates sometimes) and they transmit in digital audio. I get a $30 credit every month "for life" since we've had it so long, plus they are always giving us free stuff like HD-DVRs, just recently free "whole house" upgrade, free game channel access, free super HD package (Sony, MGM, Universal, Smithsonian, HD-Net and Short Films channels) in addition to their other 100 HD channels. Plus, they add new channels with decent programming all the time.
Why would I go backwards?
