So, who wants to guess what's wrong with this car? (Obvious answers: "It's a chrysler" and "It's purple") -- (link)

I very much want this Jeep - but I don't know if it can fit a car seat in the back. -- (link)

Yep, having ridden in a Wrangler, that could be a problem. Also with the back seat in there's not much room for anything else.

This'll be for my commute and occasional kieran pickups - as long as it can safely fit the car seat, that's all it needs -- nm

They also get horrendous gas mileage. Like, atrociously bad.

I should just talk to the dealership and try fitting the current car seat in it -- nm

Seems like it's priced a bit high. Wonder if you could talk them down at least $500. I was thinking $5K before they flashed the price

on the site it says 216K, which is higher than I'd want. And it says nothing about a hard top, which is important in our climate. -- nm

over 200k? even in kilometers that's too much. you're not looking for a disposable?

I'm looking for a cheap, fun, daily commuter for ~15km a day - second car, so reliability is not 100% necessary. And I have BCAA. Heh. -- nm

Yep. A hard top would run you another $800-$1,000. -- nm

Exactly what I was thinking - good thing about that colour though, is that all three common hard top colours work with it (grey, tan, and black) -- nm

Pretty decent, for a 12 year-old car. My guess electrical issues, and maybe starter issues -- nm

Having owned a dodge of that vintage, I'm familiar with needing a new alternator ... never had the starter go, though -- nm

It's 12 years old? And it's *burgundy* not purple :) -- nm
