it'll have a nice gift shop right up front with all the t-shirts. It'll be well lit. It'll smell nice. It, at least, won't smell like stale booze and bodily exjectants. It'll have nice clean bands who will swear on cue...it'll be the tourist version of CBGBs.

Unless you see a guy literally dying on the way in...it's not the same club.
