it sounds like someone who is terrified of their doctors and is making their front office staff pay. It doesn't have to be one or the other however. You can make an easy schedule for the docs until they get up to speed that doesn't require a daily morning stampede.
In fact...Kel...next time you're there ask what they're using for scheduling. I doubt they're using what I work on but if so they can be helped!
