There are all sorts...

some are very adept at working within a IS System. Some absolutely thrive on it.

Some use it as a blunt tool which doesn't work out well. Worst still are those that fight it. Those types are mostly going away as MIS is not only here to stay it's an integral part to successful and lost cost care.

It's likely a practice manager who isn't thinking. They need an analyst who understands practice operations, what they are trying to achieve and how to do that with the systems they have.
