No, they're not all equal. When it's clear, like the idiot admitting he did it on purpose, there should be a long term suspension.

I understand that it'll more often than not come down to someone deciding if it was intentionally or accidentally but we all know when we see it whether it was intentional or not.
Sometimes they make it obvious and sometimes they don't. But in the end when you have someone admitting they did it for no reason you have to suspend him for more than one start. You can't allow to do this without any real punishment.
