there has to be SOME thing, some outrageously expensive, luxurious thing, she's wanted to do that not a big flight away? a super pampering gourmet spa? some restaurant in, like, Chicago, that is outrageously hard to get into, something? would she like it more if it included something really once-in-a-lifetime-ish, to make it more 'special'?
