He's a bad motherfucker from the Saturn moon of Titan. He's from a race called the eternals. He first shows up in Iron Man comics but he's fought a whole lot of superheroes since he's so powerful and they need to team up to defeat him. He's obsessed with death and murders millions of his own people to impress the Mistress of Death. He's got a long list of super powers including a mastery of magic to go with all his strength.
That's the best I could do writing on my phone and off the top of my head.
