'Ongoing Medical Conditions' to discuss with the doc. Page did not offer the promised 'printer friendly' option that's on the other medical history pages.

Went to the Web Manager's page to report the problem, described it on their message form, hit send.

Error!! "Message field will only accept alpha-numeric characters and certain special characters."

Checked my message...I'd used an ampersand - not on the approved list!! Changed it to 'and' and added an additional special note to the Web Manager. They're supposed to get back to me within two days :)
