in that I think they have some bad habits and patterns and she asked me as the new guy for ideas.
So - I am trying to be more the man behind the curtain when I can.
They all know I managed the bills and finances - but mom can do what she wants with her fiances - I just keep it organized.
Here is how I approach things. I try to not volunteeer advive. I try to not tell them HOW they shold be as kids. I let them come to me. Occasionally they ask for advice or opinino and I just try to be honest and up front as I can. I dodge the crying and drama unless asked.
I figure they are like birds or deer..if I TRY it will just be bad. They are people and they can come to me if they want someone or need something and I just try to be mellow about it and honst as possible
