the girls are testing him. they are learning what buttons to push. it's what teenagers do and it's what stepchildren do.

it's going to get worse when they learn what works.
doesn't mean they're bad kids, they'll just be doing what 90% of kids in that situation would do.
cappy would be wise to go read a few books on being a new step-parent, get prepared.
