I tried them twice but I wasn't happy. Fresh Direct was much better but also very expensive.

Peapod was awful at bagging the groceries. More than a few things came crushed or damaged. Unlike Fresh Direct which uses boxes with separators to keep things from being crushed or damaged, Peapod just puts things in regular shopping bags. There appeared to be very little care given to the groceries.
I won't be using them again.
