After watching Alex Anthoupoulos for two and a half seasons, I live by the rule: If you hear about a trade prior to its announcement, it's not on.

In other words, AA calls about everybody who may or may not be availible, but as he showed last winter when he refused to pony up for Gio Gonzalez and that Padres pitcher, he will not pay over value. I can't see Philly taking anything less for Hammels than Travis Snider, a more developed Kyle Drabek and at least one other prospect out of the farm system. I don't see AA paying that unless he can pre-negotiate the extension that Hammels doesn't appear to want.
Not happening.
Gavin Floyd talks picking up again (The White Sox and Jays have done three trades in the last year) makes more sense if they lose ground by July.
