more specifically:
SiliconDust HDHomeRun Dual High Definition Digital Television
a computer. if its running a new version of windows, i think you can use media center to dvr. or you could install linux and use mythtv.
then set it up as a dlna/upnp server. Note, the roku wont be able to get this unless you then install roku specific software (there are two, i dont have their names handy)
