6 unit building, one loses power, the master breaker has to be replaced.

The power company is set up to shut down power on Monday (so that the part and permit can be obtained). Then the work is done (2 workers, 8 hours), the city inspects, the power company turns power back on.
I just had the joy of notifying the other 5 units that they would be without power on Monday and the one unit will be without power for three days. You would think I am talking about killing all their families or something.
