we had issues too, and went back to the hospital almost every day for a week. the lactation support staff was so frustrating to deal with.

every day we saw someone different and every day we'd be told to do it differently.
i'm grateful there was any support at all, but it was an incredibly frustrating experience.
luckily we were able to make it through and continue feeding, but i feel very fortunate to be able to do so. i'm relieved good formula exists because i can't imagine how stressful it would have been to not be able to feed my child adequately and not know i have that fallback.
