I take the PC below. Replace the video card (appears that the computer can handle NVidia cards that MythTV suggests), throw Linux and MythTV on it, add a tuner, and I'm good to go? Or is there something else that I need?

        it's a tuner, but uses its onboard processing to do the encoding when you record and then transfers the file data over to the controlling computer -- nm - colin May 11, 14:31 1
