lottery here in as the Education Lottery with money going towards education. It seems to be going everywhere BUT education and they continue to cut programs and services. It's really quite frustrating for us but makes us just look ignorant to the rest of the country. The Good Ol' Boys Club is very much alive in the south I'm sad to say.
