Iron Chef - Zakarian's peach battle spoiler

Ok - granted he has Alex Guarneschelli (sp?) as one of his sous chefs - but I'm really amazed at his knowledge and experience - this is the second. Attle I think I've seen for him and he is quick in the kitchen to adapt for limitations of the condition of the ingredients and still comes up with lush complex multi-layered offerings with exquisit pairings.

The Chef that. Eats him will have battled him on his worst day I suspect.
