my boss is one of those types of people, except he isnt consistent.
some clients are located by Last NAme, then First. Some are by First name then Last, some are by Nickname, then Last, then First.
and yet some dont make sense, like he has client organizations with names starting with a U listed as a T. (there is no the in their name either).
