On my mother's side, her mother made it to 96, but her father died in his 50's. On my father's side they both lived to 84 or 85. My father is 86 and

still plays tennis once a week (slowly). My mother is 83 and has several health issues (including breaking her shoulder last night in a fall), but I think she will plug along like her mother did for a while yet.
