it was. we had this money set aside for lending to bring jobs in, and i guess there were very few takers, or something.

And the money was on a disbursement schedule, so it wasn't like $75M up front, they had to meet certain hiring criteria and so on, and I think (could be wrong) only two thirds of it has actually been disbursed. But still... this was a huge political issue during the governor race in 2010. That less than 2 years later they're insolvent is horrifying.
