the girl had Shogurns? Lack of tears and saliva which caused all the other stuff too. She's going to live.

House followed Wilson to a baby store where Wilson and Cuddy were picking out a crib.

Cuddy is adopting a baby and Wilson is her character reference...I missed the last couple seconds as the TV cut to another show but it went to 13, but unsure what happened (she was rehired though if you missed that part).
