I'm torn on those bans. I see so many people buying reusable bags that are the equivalent of dozens of thin plastic bags, but since they accumulate

a lot, they end up barely reusing them
Personnally I almost always have my backpack with me and I carry some plastic bags in them. Sometimes I ran out, and I need like 1-2 a month.
