Tons. There is litter, just not those bags. There are a lot of locations to recycle those bags, so I guess that helps. -- nm

folks use them as trashbags, poop scoopers (i always have one in my pocket) but yeh i've seen fewer in the wild -- nm

i don't know, the ones we used to see were always ripped etc. like, the handles broke and someone dumped it, etc.
