localTargets used to have great plastic bags; but, maybe a couple of years ago?, they switched to weaker ones.

Also, readin gthat link, it makes me sad that the paper bag ban died. I would rather see them all banned then some of them.

I've used reusable bags longer than anyone else I know, I've given them as gifts (pretty ones!), and more. if paper are offered, I choose (and reuse)
