And here's the math behind my answer

Odds of exactly 3 Spades = (13/52)*(12/51)*(11/50)*(39/49)*(38/48) = .008154
Odds of exactly 4 Spades = (13/52)*(12/51)*(11/50)*(10/49)*(39/48) = .002146
Odds of exactly 5 Spades = (13/52)*(12/51)*(11/50)*(10/49)*(9/48) = .000485
