I mean it might be worthless junk but quite often someone can use it, IE: our old screen door, corroded and trashy looking, the folks that claimed it needed to get a better door for their chicken coop.
concrete pavers? you bet, they can be great for garden retaining walls, they stack quite nicely and in the recycle community are known as urbanite.
pallets are also known as fire wood, though some can be garden tables, tree house flooring/walls.
however, what is likely to happen is some slack jawed yokel, like the guy who'll take those doors might suggest they can't use that stuff but for a low price make a dump run for you.
