we got a few hundred pounds of patio blocks that are done.
Responses:
there are people who want it, will take it off your hands, a pick up truck full at a landfill can cost $40-80 bucks, then add in labor, a dumpster can

Are the patio blocks in good enough shape to be reused? If so, look for a charitable group that might be able to use them. Habitat for Humanity
