Granted that Obama has come in as a uniter, not a divider, but his sway over Congressional leaders is limited. And, also, remember how when you Republicans had control of Congress and totally humiliated the Democrats and didn't give them any say in anything? Yeah, be glad you guys still have chairs to sit on.
