The wedding isn't about him, though. The wedding is about her and her husband-to-be.

I don't see there being much quality time with him at a wedding with 200 other people, ya know? It's different than, say, a family cookout, or a playdate, a time when we'd get to see him for more than a few minutes.

I think I'm looking at a wedding as a different sort of occasion than the everyday ones we've been missing out on.
