most of the story comes back to when my mom and grandmom died within 3.5 weeks of each other, my dad was pretty adrift for a while...justifiably, ya know?

My dad had made a promise to my mom that the grand-daughter (my fucktard brother's child) would always be cared for, even as her daddy was a piece of shit. So, my dad allowed my brother to live at the house and was paying the bills...even as he'd had issues with my brother in the near-term past.

The girl was pissed that my dad was allowing this; and becuase Kelly said, "Ya know, his wife of 40yrs, and his mother died within 3 weeks of each other; how about cutting him a little slack."

This logical thing was just too much for her immature pea brain and she got pissed and cut us out of the picture.
