Division's up for grabs, but Philly already knows it doesn't have the horses this year because their GM has already put feelers out.

Toss in the fact that they know 100% that Hammels is out of their price range next year and they need to restock the chamber. I'll be shocked if Hammels makes it to the trade deadline as a Philly.
