So I spent yesterday at my parents house playing Diablo 3 on their computer. It's good, not amazing.

I liked it, I got my Demon Hunter to Act III and level 23 or 24 or such in about 10 hours total playtime, but it didn't make me want to run out and get a new computer so that I could keep playing it nonstop. I'll have plenty of time to get to it, I'm sure it's two years minimum until the inevitable expansion.
