but beyond that to the actual bbq

gates always is tough, like it was boiled, then bbqed

arthur bryants always seems greasy

jack stack is always a smaller portion

ok joes never has enough sauce on it (granted, there are bottles on the table)

smokehouse is a bit salty (at least their brisket is) but still good.

there are so many other one of stores that i cannot type them all out, most are decent, a few are standouts.
