Analog to Digital TV signal stuff: did ST have a preferred machine for this?

with the switchover we can't get any TV stations at our place at the Lake. No cable, no satelite, just whatever we can grab out of the air (we just have our antennae that came with the trailer).

Bought something at Future Shop and it didn't do a thing so hoping ST can hit the mark.
