1) what awesome lighting - and I really like the wall color with the wood floors - very "light" in terms of look and feel
2) the basement ceiling is AWESOME - I like the way it appears you walk into the front door and down a few steps to living area?
3) YAY for Birch Trees in the back yard! So pretty :)
This has a very "sleek" look and feel to it - where the other place was "BIG" - and I like not having to walk up as much either ... this one you more "slink" into it than having to climb into it - which is more the feeling I had from the other house. (if that makes any sense at all ?) - this is "cozier" ?
