1) I wish. That's the side of their china cabinet.
2) It's ours. There's a one-car garage set into the hill facing the alley. will probably use it for storage.
3) yeah, the floors are in great shape, eventually will want to redo the kitchen counters/cabinets, but that's on the 10-years-out plan most likely. First off we're planning on redoing the laundry room to add a half bath on the main floor. Also want to redo the basement at some point, but who knows if we'll ever get to that.
