Yeah, but hindquarters aren't easy to check. I will just cut one open and see if the meat is pink or white when I think it's doen -- nm

You can also check the meat juices when they run out. If they are clear, it is cooked. -- nm

I will do that. I guess I will just have to experiment with it. Trying to avoid the oven for just two pieces of chicken.
