Looks at the 15 cm/8 inches of snow on the roads outside....hmmm I see lots of cars that are able to drive in that

I know that DC and environs does not get a lot of snow but its not like its unheard of. I would have thought that if you live there long enough you will learn to drive when the roads are a little wet.
There are a number of skid control schools around here that teach people how to control a ice skid.
