Qwest DSL speeds around here are 1.5, 7, 12 and 20Mbps. That's competitve with Comcast, for less. -- nm

If I could get 5.8 consistently, I'd be happy. Comcast can do 15-16Mbps, but it's not stable. I can never download faster than 300-400kbps. -- nm

"Lifetime Price" seems like marketing garbage to me, since the price of data access is steadily decreasing. -- nm

I have Verizon fios 20 mbps (5 mbps upload) for $55 (though I think we may finally ditch our landline soon which would raise it to $60). -- nm
