I should post the recipe for those stuffed chicken shells I made for Hotcake's Parents last weekend.

I diced chicken, onions, some Italian cheeses, mushrooms, threw in some white wine, a couple eggs, cooked that all together, then stuffed the shells, poured a pasta red sauce over it, poured more cheese over it, then baked it all up.

It was wonderful
