It was never cheap, but now it's more than Illinois, which has a monopoly distrubutor- aka the owners of the Blackhawks.
Responses:
yeah, the theory was, modern computerized distributor warehouses would lower the cost, but yeah, things are a lot more expensive

Liter of Gran Marier was 41 (plus 2 taxes) they have their own kirkland bourbon which I'm drinking right (slurp) this (ahhh) minute, that was 30ish
