tuna is a lighter taste. I also like salmon for new folks. Keep them away from urchin, squid, herring type exotics that are extra fish -- nm

To be honest, I only like the "lighter" stuff. Tuna, spicy tuna, salmon, etc. I'll never eat urchin, squid, etc. -- nm
