Very high BAC, minors in the car, in a school zone, no valid license, and some less likely things.

I think we would have heard if he had a history of DUIs, if someone was hurt/killed, or if he was riving a school bus.
My guess is that he was noticeably over the limit. Or maybe in a school zone. The reports probably would have mentioned passengers or driving without a valid license as well.
It also makes it a felony.
