Our store is so effed up, we don't even HAVE floor drains. To get to the walk in and freezer you have to go through the dispatch area. The mop station is *right next* to the dry goods storage.

Yeah but, even open kitchen (usually a grill/saute line) has a back prep room where storage and preparations are done and where most of the issues are - zeitgeist Jun 3, 13:03
