and a vet bill. get your dog dressed, I've had an ear blow up like a balloon (hematoma) and then that ear was bent/floppy (actually looked cute) but

it required a vet visit and minor in office surgery, to fix the ear would have cost some $$$
infections can occur.
those owners were lucky their dog didn't get shot or pepper sprayed
