I actually sent an e-mail to corporate over great service earlier this year, and got a response quickly.

I ended up at an Olive Garden in Delaware on the way home from Atlantic City. It was a Tuesday afternoon, and the restaurant was slammed. My friends and I had exceptional service. I mean this waitress was awesome, she was nice, attentive, friendly, and great with all of her tables.
We tipped well, and I noticed the receipt said questions/ concerns, etc please contact corporate. So I did. I sent an e-mail saying how great she was. This was the response I got:
(The automatic response got forwarded to some Chief Customer Relations person, I have redacted the name)
Dear Michael:
It's a rare person who takes the time to compliment. Thank you for being that person!
